Shipping
Original works ship complimentary within Canada, with free local delivery available in select areas. Shipping to the United States is calculated at checkout based on the size and nature of the work to ensure the safest and most accurate delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, checkout is available within Canada and the United States. For international inquiries outside North America please contact me directly so we can discuss shipping options for the safest and most accurate delivery.
Packaging
Each original painting is carefully wrapped and professionally packaged using protective materials chosen to preserve the integrity of the work in transit. Great care is taken to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Original works are carefully prepared, packaged and shipped within 5-10 business days.
Fine art prints are made to order. Please allow 7-14 days prior to shipping as each piece is created specifically for your order to ensure exceptional quality.
Documentation
Each original work and limited edition print includes a signed bill of sale and a certificate of authenticity detailing the title, dimensions, medium and date of the acquisition for your records.
Open edition prints are accompanied by a bill of sale.
Returns
Due to the original and collectible nature of the work all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
Prints
Fine art prints are produced with exceptional care to preserve the richness, texture and emotional presence of the original piece. Prints may arrive in protective tubes or flat packaging depending on size.
Framing & Installation
Original paintings arrive ready to hang unless otherwise noted. For prints, framing is left to the collector so each piece can be styled to suit its future home.
Customs & Duties
For U.S. orders, any customs duties, import taxes or destination fees are the responsibility of the collector.
